Privacy Policy

This policy covers solidpath.ai, the website of SolidPath AI, based in Pennsylvania. It describes only what this site actually does.

What this site collects

This site has no accounts, takes no payments, runs no newsletter and shows no advertising. It collects information in two ways: the contact form, when you choose to use it, and basic visitor analytics.

The contact form

When you send a message through the contact form, your name, email address, the topic you choose and your message are emailed to Michael so he can reply. They are not stored on this website.

Separately, a short technical record of each submission is kept: your IP address, your email address, the topic you chose, whether the message was delivered, and the time. It does not include your name or your message. It exists to limit spam and abuse of the form, and to check whether a message was actually delivered.

That technical record is deleted after 90 days. The deletion is automatic and is enforced in code, not just promised here.

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person, not a bot, is sending it.

Analytics

The home page and the contact page use Google Analytics to count visits and see how people find the site. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives information such as the pages you view, your browser and device type, and your approximate location. You can block it with your browser's privacy settings or a content blocker, and the site works the same without it.

Who else sees it

Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared with advertisers. Your information passes only through the services that run this site:

• Cloudflare, which hosts the site, stores the technical record and runs Turnstile
• MXRoute, which delivers the contact form email
• Google, which provides the analytics

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, or ask for it to be deleted, by sending a request through the contact form.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
